All heads of the ELSTERWERK group of companies together at ElsterPark

Thinking outside the box. Together.

Companies need to be innovative in order to remain fit for the future. In this respect, great expectations are also placed on so-called AI systems. But how can AI be skilfully used for ELSTERWERK? And why do we need courage to tackle the topic?

Last Friday, "artificial intelligence" in theory was the topic for all ELSTERWERK managers at the TagungsHaus. At the team day in ElsterPark, Michael Zerna explained how "artificial intelligence" could be used safely and with real added value in the company in a wide variety of areas.

To strengthen the sense of togetherness and to get to know the new colleagues, a raft was built together at the team event. The task here was to pool the skills of each individual team member - such as constructive expertise, creativity or courage. Managers from the daycare centre or residential facilities, designers from our workshop work areas and creative minds actively helped to build the raft. In the end, the teams actually crossed the Elster River safely. The business managers in the team also helped with the construction, had confidence in the design and dared to take to the water.

Suse Unger, the adventure educator at the ElsterPark, and her team came up with great ideas to complement the leaders' team day not only with theoretical but also practical activities.

The managers in the ELSTERWERK group of companies used the team day to exchange ideas and get to know their colleagues better, with whom they only have telephone contact during work. It was a wonderful day together in the ElsterPark, with sunshine and the best service and care from our ELSTERWERK colleagues in the BlauHaus.

Many thanks to the management at ELSTERWERK, to all the organisers and contributors
